Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email us anyway and we'll do our best to make it right.

The Parent Zone

Purchases, external links, and the Parent Zone are protected by a simple math gate, so they stay in adult hands. Inside, you'll find bedtime schedules, listening limits, downloads for offline nights, and a place to send us feedback.
